During your first visit with our office, we’ll go over your dental history, your current problems and your oral care habits. After understanding your problems and goals, we’ll develop a periodontal treatment care plan using one or several treatment methods.
We take the time to understand your needs because we pride ourselves on being very conservative in our treatment recommendations. We limit procedures to the areas where it is absolutely necessary.
In many cases, early stage periodontal disease can be treated with non-surgical gum disease treatments. Even in some severe cases, non-surgical periodontal therapy will be used before surgical options to improve your overall gum health and tissue quality.
