Our office can work with many plans that have out-of-network benefits. These plans are often referred to as a PPO (Preferred Provider Option) plan. Unfortunately, we do not accept discount plans, Medicare, or Medicaid.
Prior to your treatment, our office will provide you with a treatment plan estimate of your benefits and fees. Be mindful that this estimate is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company.
As a courtesy, our office will be happy to submit insurance claims to your dental insurance provider. However, you will receive a bill for any services or treatments that are not covered by your insurance plan.
